From an HR perspective and through a consultative approach, we work within HR support together with the region's managers and other functions to achieve the goals of the operations. As a natural part of our work, we strive to create conditions for managers to grow and develop in their roles.

As a reinforcement of the support ahead of upcoming organizational changes and to replace employees on parental leave, we are now seeking reinforcement through four HR consultants. As a temporary HR consultant, you will work in a broad assignment as operational support for managers in ongoing HR issues. The work may also include support for the core operations' transition processes during ongoing organizational changes.

We offer you a meaningful and varied job in an engaged workgroup with good collaboration and an open and learning climate. You will have about 20 HR colleagues to collaborate with in the unit, as well as indirect support from additional HR functions within the organization.

The positions are full-time temporary contracts with immediate start, but no later than 2026-03-01. The temporary positions extend for 1-1.5 years with placement in Härnösand, Sollefteå, Örnsköldsvik, or Sundsvall.

Your main assignment as an HR consultant will be to support managers in various HR areas where you contribute with the HR perspective in areas such as labor law, competence supply, and work environment efforts. The work may also include support for the core operations' transition processes during ongoing organizational changes. Alongside your primary assignment as support to the core operations, you will contribute to HR's organizational development through participation in various side assignments and projects.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Expert support in laws and agreements within labor law
• Consultative support to the organization's managers in operational HR processes
• Additional tasks may arise, including coordinating operational support for the core operations' transition processes during organizational changes

The role is broad, leading to constant development regardless of previous experience in HR. Collaboration is important to us within the region, and you will work together with managers to achieve a good collaborative culture with the trade unions.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree with a focus on HR, or another academic degree that the employer deems relevant
• Has previous experience in broad HR work
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience in HR work within the public sector, preferably healthcare, with practical application of relevant collective agreements and understanding of regional organization and governance
• Have worked with transition processes from an HR perspective
